Diana Adelaide Rocha De Brito, known by her stage name IAMDDB, is a Portuguese rapper and singer based in Manchester, United Kingdom. IAMDDB has released three EPs and three mixtapes as of 2021 and was listed number three on BBC Sound of 2018.[1][2]
Life and career
[edit]De Brito was born in Lisbon, Portugal and moved to Manchester, United Kingdom at the age of five or six.[3] She is of Angolan and Portuguese ancestry.[4]
She released the Hoodrich, Vol. 3 mixtape in 2017[1] and Flightmode, Vol. 4 in 2018.
IAMDDB was a supporting musician for Lauryn Hill's UK tour in late 2018.[5] Her latest album is 2019's Swervvvvv.5.[4]
IAMDDB made an announcement via twitter that she will be releasing a Vol. 6 in 2024.
