Critical reception
[edit]Alan Jones from Music Week gave the song four out of five and named it Pick of the Week, writing, "Quo return in their own right, with a good-time boogie that could have been recorded at almost any time in the past 20 years. A large hit, then, especially as the CD is like a mini greatest hits package, with 'Whatever You Want', 'Down Down' and 'Rockin' All Over the World' included."[4]
