The Ishiba Cabinet is the 102nd Cabinet of Japan, formed by Shigeru Ishiba on 1 October 2024, following the resignation of Fumio Kishida after the Liberal Democratic Party presidential election on 27 September 2024. It has 20 members, including two women.[1] The government is a coalition between the Liberal Democratic Party and the Komeito who controlled both the upper and lower houses of the National Diet.
