Kim Yong Bok is a North Korean colonel general in command of Korean People's Army Special Operations Forces, and a member of the Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea. He is the top North Korean military official in Russia during the Russian invasion of Ukraine according to Ukrainian media.[1][2] In a report, he was supposedly injured in a missile strike behind the front lines.[3]
