Kirsten Magasdi is a British and Australian award-winning Journalist and a former BBC World News reporter and presenter often seen on BBC World News in over 200 countries. For years she was the lead correspondent on the BBC Travel Show Fast Track (British TV programme) and regularly seen on the BBC News Channel. Kirsten Magasdi has reported on location from over 40 countries and hosted conferences worldwide. In 2007 Tourism Malaysia chose her to be the face of the global campaign Malaysia Truly Asia and was filmed traveling around Malaysia. She has also appeared in films and commercials and inflight programs. Her early career was in Australia as a TV and radio Newsreader on national Network Ten and a reporter on the nightly show Sports Tonight. She is a notable alumni of RMIT University Melbourne and graduated with a BA (Journalism) at 19.
