Neighborhood name

[edit]

The origin of the neighborhood's name is believed to be attributed to the biblical place name of Penuel, (also spelled; Pneil, Pnuel; Hebrew: פְּנוּאֵלPənūʾēl) in the biblical books of Genesis 32:22–32 and 1 Kings 12:25. [4][5]
