Rhagastis binoculata is a moth of the family Sphingidae.[1][2][3][4] It is endemic to Taiwan[1][3][4] where it is widespread.[1][3]

The wingspan is 54–63 mm. Adults can be active throughout the year. Larvae have been recorded feeding on Hydrangea chinensis.[1]
