2025 TED Talk

[edit]

In 2025, Bredow gave a TED Talk on AI's impact on the visual effects industry.[5] The talk featured a two-minute-long AI-generated film consisting of a series of aliens in an imagined undiscovered planet. The film, titled Star Wars: Field Guide, was slammed by reporters at PC Gamer and 404 Media, who criticized a lack of creativity in the design of the aliens, which mostly resembled hybrids of animals already existing on Earth.[6][7]
