@Muboshgu: & @Drdpw:, you may want to keep an eye on editor Batong 1930. He's trying to have this page & links from it, changed to 1836 Democratic National Convention. The party held their convention in the spring of 1835, even though the next prez election was well over a full year away. I suspect that's what's confusing Batong.
