Continue to August?
[edit]A 10 day heatwave occurred in phillie, a 6 day super heat wave occurred in Boston, Boise is on par to have it’s warmest august on record, and heat records are continuing to be broken (this may continue into September as well.) Especially when more August data is released tomorrow and into the coming days, should the heat wave article be expanded to include august? 98.116.128.17 (talk) 18:44, 31 August 2022 (UTC)
confusing combination of regions in June
[edit]At the beginning of the June section: "A historic heat wave affected the Midwestern United States and Southeastern United States in the second week of June 2022. In Phoenix, a daily record was tied, as the mercury soared up to 114 °F (45.6 °C)."
This is oddly worded, as Phoenix, Arizona is nowhere near either the Midwest or Southeast - it's definitely Southwest, an area with a totally different climate. I think the Phoenix sentence should be moved later, and the general statement about the SE/Midwest should be followed by cities that are in those regions.
