Citations and descriptions

Quite often the citations given in the London Gazette ("for services to..." don't match the citations given within this article; I feel they should correspond?

Similarly, often there are descriptions of the recipient given in the Gazette that haven't made their way into the article for the CBE recipients onwards. Can these be added by someone with the time/energy? I'd do it myself but have got a lot on!
