[edit]The lecture series may be notable, and it possibly may be important enough to make the individual awardees notable, but the article e has to describe the lectureship, not the various speakers. For the ones who are notable, and have articles in WP, a link is sufficient, plus award or two of context. For the ones who don't, link their names to generate a redlink as indication that an aticle needs to be written, and give one sentence of description to make it clear they are notable. Then, of course, it would be a vey good idea to stat writing those articles. DGG ( talk ) 00:35, 25 February 2015 (UTC)
Thank you for the advice. Will address. There are very few named lectureships that honor women, but I do not have a footnote to use this as a reason. have worked on these topics over the years.Kathleen. Kmccook (talk) 01:31, 25 February 2015 (UTC)
