Update - the file mentioned above is currently not scheduled for POTD as the article needs some work first, in particular more cited material that can be used in constructing a POTD blurb. Editors are welcome to work on this and then the item can be scheduled again. Ping me on my talk page or here once this is done or if you have any queries.
