Adding NPOV tag

I have added the NPOV tag for now because, in my opinion, the term "theft" in the title is loaded, and all sources provided in the article appear to be U.S. or European sources. For a start, perhaps a more appropriate title should be found. What about "Accusations by the U.S. of intellectual property theft by China"? --Edcolins (talk) 09:45, 26 May 2022 (UTC)[reply]

That's fair enough, although there are non-government sources from the U.S. here. Will try to find even more of them. As for the geographic origin of the sources, I find that irrelevant as long as they are RS. I originally added a line on a Chinese government response denying it, but I can't see where it went. Will add it in lede. EDIT: Forgot to answer on "theft". I pondered what the better term would be, since it seems well sourced that this does happen, according to various Western companies. Illicit acquisition of IP, or infringement, etc. seems a bit vague, but perhaps better?--Euor (talk) 13:12, 26 May 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Cool. Just added some more info I found now, but needs more literature, less newspapers. Also, I see your point on it being very based directly or indirectly on U.S. government information, so either more instances of the Chinese response to separate allegations, or some more nuanced info could be handy (perhaps in different languages?).--Euor (talk) 18:17, 26 May 2022 (UTC)[reply]
