Did you know nomination

[edit]

Created by Chetsford (talk). Number of QPQs required: 1. Nominator has 160 past nominations.

  • New enough (nominated same day as creation), long enough (2235 characters). Well sourced to books, news articles, academic journals, think tank articles and transcripts. (AGF on 2 of the books that appear to be offline.) Written factually and neutrally. Earwig suggests copyvio unlikely. QPQ is done. All 3 hooks could pass, but ALT0 and ALT1 are better than the other one, which could be interpreted as a political statement or run into the song lyric quote problem, whereas the other two actually nicely summarize the whole article while fitting the tone of the quirky slot. Neologisms

[edit]

This does not appear to be a neologism as there is documentation of the catchphrase existing for at least 50 years. Per our policy, a neologism is a newly coined word or phrase. Given that, is there objection to removal of the maintenance template? Chetsford (talk) 22:36, 12 March 2025 (UTC)[reply]

As there has been no objection or, indeed, discussion of any kind, I have removed the template [1] per item eight of WP:WTRMT. Chetsford (talk) 19:40, 14 March 2025 (UTC)[reply]
