Flag of Ashmore

In YouTube I see a video that mean a local flag of Ashmore and Cartier islands. The video name is "Bandera e himno de Islas Ashmore y Cartier (Australia)/Flag and anthem of Ashmore and Cartier Islands (Australia)" and the flag shown is a red flag with the Union Jack and a coat of arms.
