Color

Does anybody know why "black flag" is red? Isn't supposed to be black? and what's the meaning of the chinese script?

I think that the character is ling4 令, or "command, order, decree". But I have no idea why the flag is red. Maybe PHGCOM could help out, since they provided the original picture. Destar88 (talk) 20:41, 25 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]
