Edited out a cross link someone added from the term bench to the entry for sill. Benches are not sills. Sills are intruded igneous rock. Benches referred to in this article are formed by sedimentary layers, and usually describe a zone of impermiability. It is in these zones that uranium mineralization has occurred. - Ed. 8Mar07
