Deletion

[edit]

This is the sheriff's office for the fourth-largest county in the state. While I maintain the eccentric belief that all police departments are notable, surely this one is. Frankly, the article is at this point a disappointment, given that public sources are quite scarce. I am removing the deletion header, call it a speedy nomination for un-deletion. On the other hand I will not object too much to the other two proposals for deletion. --''Paul, in Saudi'' (talk) 03:30, 22 January 2021 (UTC)[reply]

The article has now been merged into Bucks County, Pennsylvania, under the section titled Law enforcement. I don't think there is enough information there to justify a separate article. Merely because something exists does not mean it is notable. Also, having a Wikipedia article about every police department or sheriff's office isn't necessarily a good thing.. - Cameron Dewe (talk) 03:36, 16 January 2025 (UTC)[reply]
