No, the 1970's animated character WAS NOT called "Kurger Bing". If you look at this actual video of the actual commercial, you can see for yourself:

The "Kurger Bing" applied to this character seems to have been a retroactive change from a corporate social media post. If someone wants to add something to the article documenting this change, that would be fine, but a Wikipedia article should not present retroactive marketing changes as historic fact.
