- @Jno.skinner: New enough and barely long enough. Nominator is QPQ-exempt. I have a observation on the hook: it is absolute that it is the first, but the hook fact article says it could be. This needs resolution or a tweaked hook. Sammi Brie (she/her • t • c) 19:11, 21 January 2025 (UTC)
- I was hoping that the qualifier "first known" takes care of this, meaning the first known to science. The article states that a leading scientist in the area of meteorites searched for and failed to find any prior audio recordings of meteorite impacts, saying "It's not anything we've ever heard before.
