Fabricated using pre-existing M14 or M1A rifles

- For the most part, yes. It was a way to help the military use existing stocks of M14s as DMRs, but they do build rifles from the ground up using receivers made from bar stock.--Mike - Μολὼν λαβέ 22:55, 10 July 2013 (UTC)
