Publication date of Electronic Disturbance

[edit]

Both Autonomedia and Amazon have the date of first publication as 1997. This conflicts with the information given on the page. The publication also failed to credit any of the originators of electronic civil disobedience, for example the Zippie Intervasion (electrohippies). There is also some debate about which came first, the theory or the praxis. Ethnopunk (talk) 10:40, 1 February 2011 (UTC)[reply]

The above is incorrect. First, both the book's publisher, Autonomedia, and Amazon have date of publication for The Electronic Disturbance as 1994. See: http://bookstore.autonomedia.org/index.php?main_page=pubs_product_book_info&products_id=52) http://www.amazon.com/Electronic-Disturbance-The-Autonomy-Series/dp/1570270066/ref=sr_1_sc_1?s=books&ie=UTF8&qid=1345319653&sr=1-1-spell&keywords=The+Electronic+Dsiturbance Secondly, the criticism of the book is not a dispute about the factual accuracy of the Wikipedia article. Therefore, I suggest that this dispute be resolved/retired. Habeascorpus67 (talk) 19:59, 18 August 2012 (UTC)[reply]
