Death Star plans

[edit]

Are there files or blueprints depicting "the plans" or the Death Star interior? --Atvica (talk) 19:51, 4 August 2016 (UTC)[reply]

I don't think so, but I could send you some closeups of my LEGO model :?D – AndyFielding (talk) 10:01, 30 July 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Merge discussion

[edit]

There's an exorbitant amount of information on the Malachor Sith Temple, which is really extrapolating that a background piece in The Clone Wars is somehow similar to the Death Star because the official website calls it a potential "super weapon" when combined with a holocron. Off topic and should definitely not be listed above the section on (the actually similar) Starkiller Base. UpdateNerd (talk) 07:02, 19 August 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Size

[edit]

According to Wookieepedia, the first Death Star had a diameter of 120km, but the second Death Star had a diameter of 160km. How should we add that? --Numberguy6 (talk) 04:26, 19 October 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Originally it was mean to be many times larger.Halbared (talk) 17:50, 29 October 2019 (UTC)[reply]
Just as you said it, right? What's so complicated? Have you seen the whole pages of statistics Realtors handle? And they're just salespeople. That's what my wife says, anyway, although I suspect some of them may have also been game show hosts. But I digress, probably. – AndyFielding (talk) 10:07, 30 July 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Sure—as far as you know

> The Death Star is a fictional mobile space station and galactic superweapon...

Or is it?? (Buh ha ha!!) – AndyFielding (talk) 10:29, 30 July 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Inconsistent useage of units of measurement

[edit]

The article jumps between the units "radius" and "diameter", without changing the values accordingly. Example: "...a huge spherical battle station 160 kilometres (99 mi) in diameter..." "...with some stating it shared the first Death Star's 160-kilometre (99 mi) radius ...". The radius is half of the diameter. So according to the first quote, the first Death Star has a diameter of 160km and thus a radius of 80km. The other quote however claims that it has a radius of 160km which would put it's diameter at 320km or 198 miles. 2003:E6:1742:2300:D571:A0DE:7E79:8F20 (talk) 00:36, 24 November 2024 (UTC)[reply]
