Vinyl pressings etc

[edit]

Ok i have this album on a 12' vinyl record and the track listing is 1. Die Die My Darling. 2. We Bite. 3. Mommy can I go Out and Kill Tonight. Also it appears this record is a 45 for side A and 33 for side B isn't this worth mentioning? Furthermore how may were pressed? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 124.171.141.230 (talk) 13:19, 6 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]

You're right. I'm looking at the vinyl disc and that's the correct order. I'll change it. - Gus (T, C) 2011-03-13 15:03Z

Merge proposal

[edit]

Do it. Nothing pertinent on Metallica only page, more interesting info is here a la Astronomy. Thedarxide (talk) 19:19, 17 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]

I'm tempted to suggest WP:SOFIXIT, but I think the proper protocol here would be to go through the Proposed Merger steps to merge the Metallica article into this one. By the way, I agree that the Metallica stub could be merged here because there is nothing extraordinarily notable about the Metallica version. We just need to make sure that the ultimate product of this merger gives equal weight to 1) the song 2) the Misfits single and 3) the Metallica cover. There's been a merge tag on Die, Die My Darling (Metallica song) for a year, but no discussion has come out of it. I think at this point it's safe to be bold and just do it, especially since there's precedent for it for the other Garage Inc. covers that were released as singles. See Turn the Page (Bob Seger song) and Whiskey in the Jar. --IllaZilla (talk) 18:27, 18 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]
I've gone ahead & done it. --IllaZilla (talk) 21:06, 18 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]
