This is a lie. People file for unemployment and lie about why they separated from their last employer and workforce solutions provides the correct info obtained from the employer and the claimant has the right to appeal any determination.

This article lists Equifax as a subsidiary of Equifax Workforce Solutions, but the opposite is true.
