Encyclopedia Britannica says Ying-chou "now in Hopei province", same as PRC Hebei (Yellow River's north). But Hebei article says that this name was current in the Tang dynasty when Feng Tao was born, so why did Encyc.Brit say now. Maybe because the name was province then but circuit? Anyway, the city name must have changed since 881. --Bejnar16:15, 26 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]
