Honduras, Guatemala, El Salvador?

De mortuis nihil nisi bonum and all that, but I would love to see more about Central America here. Was the Carter presidency a lull in US support for murdering dictatorships there? Or just a lull in new programs? Wegesrand (talk) 11:59, 30 December 2024 (UTC)[reply]
