New article, still in progress

I created this article from scratch and am still adding to it, but it is well beyond being a stub. I am working on this as my final project for the #WIKISOO course, which is why I’ve decided to push it live now, rather than wait.

Some additional sources are in the <––comments––> of the source code. I will use those resources to add more content in the coming days and weeks.
