Lyrics
[edit]Can anyone add the lyrics of the song here?--Managerarc(talk) 16:24, 21 March 2010 (UTC)
- That is not possible. Since the song was released as a single, its lyrics are copyrighted and cannot be posted here. – PeeJay 01:02, 22 March 2010 (UTC)
Article scope
[edit]Man U are only the THIRD English football club to recycle the same basic song so it is hardly original. Wouldn't it make more sense if the article was re-written to encompass all versions of the song in a UK football context. (86.183.56.113 (talk) 22:30, 21 August 2011 (UTC))
- I would say so - the title could be something like "Glory Glory (football chant)". Either that or redirect them all to The Battle Hymn of the Republic#Other songs set to this tune - it depends if the guidelines say it's noteworthy enough for a separate article, tribal bickering aside. Spurs, Leeds and Man United all released their versions as singles, for what it's worth. - Responsible? (talk) 12:01, 24 November 2011 (UTC)
