[edit]The author(s) continue to confuse the Walter Hunnewell Estate with nearby Wellesley College.
Earlier drafts stating that Wellesley College's Ferguson Greenhouses were in the 'Walter Hunnewell Arboretum' were corrected.
Not corrected is the statement that the estate is 22 acres. 22 acres is the size of the College's Horatio Hollis Hunnewell Arboretum, created in 1923 in honor of HHH.
The author(s) also need to explain the use of the term 'Arboretum' to describe an estate only one of whose horticultural activities is trees. This goes double because it's the title of the article.
Then, all the fascinating horticultural facts in the article are most welcome. But where do they come from? As Wikipedia's banner verifies, we need refs. Until then, no statement in the article can be quoted as fact.
