Name change
[edit]See Talk:Highgrove_Luxury_Condominiums#Name_change for a proposal which would result in this page being renamed "Highgrove House" to make way for a DAB page. I42 (talk) 17:49, 19 January 2010 (UTC)
- Now done. Highgrove Estate also links here. I42 (talk) 22:37, 25 January 2010 (UTC)
- The entry for The Housekeeper's Diary is outdated. There does not seem to be a worldwide ban now or I wouldn't have been able to buy a book second hand. The book was written before Diana died. 2001:8003:A111:8200:B526:769B:501C:A8DD (talk) 06:17, 26 March 2017 (UTC)

Can we please have a photo of Highgrove House
[edit]I was disappointed not to see a photo of Highgrove in this article. I think a photograph is one of the most important features of an article about a famous/important/historic building. I thought perhaps it was a security issue but all the other Royal residences have a photo in their Wiki entries. I can't add one myself as I don't know enough about copyrights and licensing. Andrew ranfurly (talk) 20:28, 16 February 2018 (UTC)
- First find your photo. Neither Commons, nor Geograph have one. The house isn’t open to the public, nor visible from the public highway as far as I can make out, and every image I can find online will not meet our rights requirements. KJP1 (talk) 11:20, 28 November 2021 (UTC)
I recently made an article for Dudley Poplak. He designed the interior for Highgrove. Thriley (talk) 16:23, 10 September 2022 (UTC)
Error
[edit]I have deleted "The Crawley-Boevey Baronetcy (originally Barrow Baronetcy), termed "of Highgrove in the County of Gloucester", was created on 22 January 1784. The family had inherited Flaxley Abbey in 1727, which was their seat until 1960." This content was added in 2012 without citation by a now blocked editor. The baronetcy was created in 1784 for Sir Charles Barrow, 1st Baronet whose home in Minsterworth is now generally spelt 'Hygrove'. Nedrutland (talk) 09:42, 7 May 2024 (UTC)
