Clarification

Can some please clarify the Conference Championship and Conference Tournament Championships in the info box? For an example of what I mean, please see Louisiana–Lafayette Ragin' Cajuns baseball. Since the team has been in multiple conferences in its history, it should be clarified in the infobox. Also, a conference membership history would be great. Awesome work, by the way!
