Inciting subversion vs subversion of state power?

Seems like the provision for prosecuting crimes inciting subversion of state power is in section 2 while section 1 deals with prosecuting the actual crime of subverting state power.

I was thinking it might be useful to expand the article to "Subversion of state power" and broadly touch on both the crime of subversion and the crime of inciting subversion. Any thoughts? Jasonkwe (talk) (contribs) 22:28, 3 October 2022 (UTC)[reply]
