Merge with Ning Hai-class Cruiser

The two ships of the class have articles which combine their Chinese and Japanese service histories. I do not see the need to have seperate articles on the ship class when this article relies on Ning Hai-class Cruiser to explain the ship's design and innitial service history. If approved, I'll rewrite the page to make the info coexist better. GGOTCC 06:02, 1 June 2025 (UTC)[reply]
