I think this journalist falls foul of WP:BLP1E. He's not really notable as a journalist, the only coverage I can find about him other than his involvement in the Gaza flotilla raid is a one line mention as a spokesman for the Muslim Association of Britain in 2006.[1] We don't generally have articles about people known for only one event, particularly people who had such a minor role of Elshayyal.
