@Geraldine Aino The sourcing is not adequate. Wikipedia has very stringent requirements for biographies of living people. See that link. Essentially every fact must be backed up by an inline citation but you have whole sections, e.g. Initial career and Early life which have no sources at all. The draft will be declined as a result.
