The title of this article implies that it's the place where we can find out how many delegates Harris won in the primaries. But that doesn't seem to be here. Longitude2 (talk) 15:07, 7 November 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Yep, I was coming for the same kind of information: to wit, what percentage of the Democratic primary vote did she win? i know it was something like 1% but would have liked to have known exactly for something I was writing. Per this article, her dropping out is ascribed to running out of funds. I guess one could argue that's the same thing, people are not going to support you if you're not getting any votes but a clearer statement would be simply the latter. However, I suspect none of this article is written from a neutral point of view. Pretty much a puff piece. 100.16.232.37 (talk) 16:27, 4 February 2024 (UTC)[reply]
She suspended her campaign in December 2019, before any of the primaries and caucuses of 2020. What isn't neutral in this article? – Muboshgu (talk) 16:33, 4 February 2024 (UTC)[reply]
She did get 844 votes, according to 2020 Democratic Party presidential primaries. Certainly zero delegates. The random snark is information-free. --jpgordon𝄢𝄆𝄐𝄇 17:04, 4 February 2024 (UTC)[reply]
She dropped out of the race before any caucuses or primaries were held, so she received no delegates for the 2020 Democratic presidential nomination. GoodDay (talk) 17:47, 4 February 2024 (UTC)[reply]

In the "Key People" section, it should add Anatole Jenkins there as the National Organizing Director. This was a major role on the campaign and it oversaw and managed over 70% of the campaign staff.[1]

Not done for now: Infobox need to summarise key information, per WP:INFOBOX. Currently, there's way too many names in the "key people" list, it needs trimming rather than adding to. It would be better if instead of adding this to the infobox you suggested adding a sentence in the article about it. RandomCanadian (talk / contribs) 20:54, 13 March 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Is this WP-article an advertorial? Craig Harris about Kamala Harris presidential primary campaign

[edit]

Now Kamala Harris is history and its time to get know, who paid for this very one sided, uncritical article about a pr campaign?

The former diplomat and now journalist and political activis Craig Murray mentioned this WikiPedia-article in his analysis of Kamala Harris 2020 presidential campaing:

"Kamala Harris was of course the most right wing possible Vice-Presidential pick. Her advance into power, despite being entirely rejected in the Democratic primaries, is in itself a huge condemnation of the system. I believe I am right in saying that Harris’s Primary campaign was so disastrous she managed to obtain zero delegates at all to the Democratic National Convention. Zero, None. Absolute bottom of the pile. Rejected by Democratic voters as the candidate in toto. Attempting to confirm this zero delegate fact, I just looked up the Wikipedia page on her primary campaign, which turns out to be the most entirely false, hagiographic and manicured Wikipedia page I have ever seen, on any subject, which is saying a lot. Apparently her Presidential Primary bid was in fact a tour de force of brilliant debating and political strategy, recounted in enormous detail, not an abject failure resulting in no delegates. The extraordinarily dishonest Wikipedia page is not perhaps in itself hugely important, but it is emblematic of the sinister manipulation behind the scenes of Kamala Harris’s rise to power."
