Original air date source?

I came across this movie, partially recorded over, when digitizing an old family movie VHS tape. The movie had been recorded from network television ("The ABC Friday Night Movie"), with the ads intact.

One of the ads that played was a promo for episode 6 of Salvage_1. According to that article, that episode aired on February 26, 1979. This promo said that episode would air "Monday".

This article says the movie was released on May 26, 1978, almost a year earlier. Since this is listed as a made for TV movie, I'm wondering if it aired again on February 23, 1979, or if perhaps the release date listed here is incorrect? RichardTallent (talk) 01:39, 20 December 2024 (UTC)[reply]
