Move to Manchester, Virginia

Should this be moved to "Manchester, Virginia" as it was an independent city from 1874 to 1910 and even afterwards it still had a unique identity compared to Richmond?Bradylang (talk) 15:26, 16 June 2020 (UTC)[reply]
