Size of Plate
[edit]The description of the plate as a "100-km microplate" left me wondering if this meant 100 km in length, or 100 km2 in area. The sources called it a "100-km-wide microplate," so I'm inserting "wide" into the article. —MiguelMunoz (talk) 05:24, 10 December 2024 (UTC)
- Also, the opening sentence seemed to assume the reader would know what a microplate is, and that doesn't seem like a safe assumption, so I also inserted "tectonic" before "microplate." And I added two links. "Tectonic" now links to Tectonics and microplate links to Plate tectonics. Plus, I fixed an error in the Infobox.
