Does the PMD airport in Phoenix actually exist?

I can't seem to find any info on it. Searches for "pmd airport" give results for the Palmdale Airport, The Maryland Government website [1] doesn't have any info on it and Google Maps searches don't say anything about it. By the looks of it, it has been removed multiple times because it doesn't exist, but people seem to keep re-adding it for some reason. I've went ahead and removed it.
