Other carriers?

Virgin mobile sending PAC by text message
[edit]The virgin mobile section says they no longer send PACs by text message. However, i just phoned up and requested a PAC and received it by text message. So should i change the section? Sermoa (talk) 10:55, 5 September 2009 (UTC)
Other countries?
[edit]This article gives detailed info on UK and India. Does that mean that not all phone companies globally use PAC codes and allow you to port your number? I was confused about whether this is only on offer in those two countries 94.174.108.74 (talk) 15:09, 10 October 2011 (UTC)
