Good day Sir/Madam,
I'm Lahiru Soysa from Sri Lanka and i did my pre sea trainning in sri lanka.I have 24 months sea trainning expireanse as a deck cadet under cyprus flag ships.Also i did the distance learning programme which is approved by the Australian maritime safety authority during my sea service.So i like to do my Certificate of competency (2nd Mates) exam in your esteem country.I would like to know do i have a chance to do it in your institute?
