Naming

Naming of the series is very complicated. I think - intentionally complicated by bureaucracy. Rostelecom - sponsor's name (russian tele-communications). Russian - it mean 2 cases: a) residing Russia b) managed by Russian oficials. So there are the two Rostelecom cups, one of them THIS and another is an international step of the world cup known as ISU Gran-Prix. Sory if complex....
