Title

Shouldn't this article be at the singular title SVG filter effect rather than the plural? Note that it was originally at the singular title, but was then merged into the Scalable Vector Graphics article, and then separated out to the current title. In any case, it probably needs a histmerge. --Zundark (talk) 10:57, 7 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]
