Glad to help :). I don't know how you could link to a newspaper article that needs a login, but you can still use it as a reference, of course. For a printed newspaper article, format the reference like this
Plunkett, John. "Sorrell accuses Murdoch of panic buying", The Guardian, October 27, 2005, p.4.
If you don't have a page number, just put (accessed online May X, 2007) instead of the page number, I think. --SueHay 12:42, 14 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]
You're picking up this formatting stuff quickly! One other thing you might want to use is your Show Preview button. You can make a bunch of changes, then save the page once. This cuts back on entries in the page history (that's the tab at the top of the article page).
I'm adding a citation request tag to one sentence in this article. This tag means that I'm asking for a reference for that sentence. You might already have that reference in the reference section, but if it's not linked to the sentence, I don't know that the sentence is verifiable. When you add the reference, you take off the citation request tag. I'll check back to help more if needed. --SueHay 12:42, 14 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]

I'm looking for a citation for that - the problem is that I don't think they publish their recipient list online. I may be able to post a copy of the grant letter though. Might take a few days...

As for the multiple entries at one time, it wasn't that I didn't know how to preview, it was that I kept finding new stuff and slight formatting errors after the fact!

I wasn't sure you knew about the Show preview button - glad you do! Keep that new stuff coming! And don't worry about that "citation needed" tag -- it's not urgent, it's just a reminder.
