Is this right?

The introductory section contains this sentence:

"In 1997 for the particular case of incompressible fluids it was shown that all steady state flows on possess closed flowlines based on similar results for Beltrami flows on the Weinstein conjecture."

But isn't this the answer to a different question from the Seifert conjecture?

I believe that this 1997 result assumes the flow satisfies the Euler equations for incompressible flow.

This is most definitely relevant to the Seifert conjecture, but it needs to be explained clearly.

I hope someone knowledgeable about this subject can clarify the quoted sentence.
