This is basically marketing material

This article only cites a corporate blog of a company selling IT Consulting.
The SCS "pattern" described here is an invention of said company in order to sell their services. There is absolutely no mention about it outside the german bubble of influence of this company.
The article at least is self-promotion, non-verifiable, has unreliable source and represents a conflict of interest.
