Regarding the speedy deletion tag
[edit]I am trying to add the important American abolitionist papers. See the category page for abolitionist newspapers. This notable paper was missing from the site. It is important because it was the paper that Elijah Lovejoy was printing at the time he was driven out of St. Louis (and his printing press thrown in the river). comment added by User:Zemestoon 19:23, 11 May 2010
- Not every stub article is a candidate for speedy deletion, and not every notable subject has a plethora of information available about it. The SD here should be denied. Beyond My Ken (talk) 00:44, 12 May 2010 (UTC)
